These outputs are provided as a starting point for further review and should not be treated as a final, certified, or professional estimate without independent verification.

AI Outputs do not constitute professional engineering, quantity surveying, project management, or construction advice. VantaBid is a productivity tool, not a substitute for a qualified construction professional. All outputs should be reviewed, validated, and signed off by a suitably qualified person before being relied upon for tendering, procurement, or project execution.

AI models, including those used by VantaBid, have the following known limitations:

• Hallucinations: the model may generate quantities, rates, materials, or specifications that appear plausible but are factually incorrect or not present in the uploaded documents.
• Incomplete extraction: the model may miss items, annotations, or details contained in drawings, particularly in complex or low-resolution files.
• Standards drift: applicable Australian Standards, local council specifications, and industry codes change over time; the model's knowledge may not reflect the most current versions.
• Unit and rounding errors: quantity calculations involve assumptions about drawing scale, measurement units, and construction waste factors that may not match project-specific requirements.
• Context gaps: the model cannot assess site conditions, access constraints, latent conditions, or contractor-specific pricing.

By using VantaBid you acknowledge that:

• You are a qualified construction professional or are acting under the supervision of one.
• You will independently verify all AI Outputs before relying on them for any commercial, contractual, or regulatory purpose.
• VantaBid bears no responsibility for losses, damages, tender errors, or contractual disputes arising from reliance on unverified AI Outputs.
• You will not submit AI Outputs to clients, regulators, or contractors as a certified professional estimate without independent review.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VantaBid Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI Outputs, including but not limited to cost overruns, project delays, or contract disputes.
